Unique location

Ulusaba Game Reserve is only a 1.5 hour  drive from Skukuza Airport (SZK).  Many guests choose to fly into the private airstrip at Ulusaba.

Particularly in the Rock Lodge, Ulusaba is positioned on a hilltop (or 'koppie'), providing panoramic views of the surrounding bushveld. This elevated position allows guests to survey the wilderness from a unique vantage point, making wildlife spotting and landscape appreciation a truly special experience.

Positioned in the Sabi Sands Game Reserve, adjacent to the world famous Kruger National Park. Animals can traverse between the two regions so guests can enjoy the best wildlife sightings while enjoying the privileges that come with a private reserve, such as off-road game viewing.

Ulusaba Private Game Reserve is only a 1.5 hour drive from Skukuza Airport (SZK). There are daily flights from Johannesburg (JNB) and Cape Town (CPT) to SZK.

At a slightly higher budget one can also land directly at the lodge airstrip in the reserve.  Either via a commercial flight operated by Federal Air, or by chartering a private aircraft.
